Delivery times

- Sicily and Sardinia: 2-4 business days (Standard and Express)
- Minor islands: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 3-5 business days
- European Union: 2-5 business days (Standard) / 1-3 business days (DHL Express)
- Rest of the world: 4-8 business days (Standard) / 3-5 business days (DHL Express)
The times indicated are transit times, expressed in business days. For non-EU countries, they may increase due to customs inspections. During peak periods, such as holidays and vacations, they may increase due to the couriers' workload.
We ship Monday to Friday: orders confirmed by 10:30 AM, with items in stock, are shipped the same business day.
Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package in real time on the courier's website.
In-store pickup
Select “In-store pickup” at checkout (free of charge). We will notify you via email/WhatsApp when your order is ready.

Important notes
- Customs (non-EU countries): export costs from Italy are covered by us. Duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility: the courier will only deliver the package after these amounts have been paid; otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for a second delivery attempt
- Packaging is carefully prepared to prevent damage in transit
