Compatibility

Compatibility is as indicated by the manufacturer in the spare parts catalog and the spare part sheet. If you have any doubts about your helmet model, send us a photo of the internal label and we will confirm the correct code.

Who is it perfect for?

It is the perfect spare part for those who want a second tinted visor to alternate with the clear one, or who need to replace a damaged one. Those who choose it already know when to use it: the tint is designed for bright light, not for evening use. Airoh intends it for track and private area use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which helmet does this visor fit?
Airoh indicates it exclusively for the Commander 2 model. It does not fit other models, even from the same brand, because the visor attachment and shape vary from helmet to helmet. If you are unsure of the model, send us a photo of the helmet's label before ordering, and we will confirm the correct code.

Can I use it for road riding?
No. Airoh specifies that the tinted and mirrored visors for this model are not homologated for road use and intends them for track and private area use. To ride on the road, you need the model's clear visor, which Airoh certifies as ECE homologated: it is best to keep both.

Is it suitable for all helmet sizes?
Yes. Airoh indicates a universal size for this visor for all helmet sizes, so you do not need to choose a version based on size. The same code 05CM2BL fits both small and large helmets of the indicated model.

Can a Pinlock lens be installed?
Yes. Airoh declares it ready for the Pinlock 120 XLT MaxVision anti-fog lens, which is installed inside the visor. The lens is not included in the package and must be purchased separately. The replacement is code 7278 from the Airoh spare parts catalog. With the lens installed, the visor remains clear even in cold and humid conditions.

Is it an original Airoh spare part?
Yes. It is the original Airoh spare part with code 05CM2BL and EAN 8029243372165, manufactured in Italy by the Locatelli S.p.A. group. Moon Bike S.r.l. is an authorized Airoh dealer: the visor arrives new and packaged in its box, with an invoice and a 2-year warranty.

What difference does the blue mirrored tint make?
The blue mirror version has a blue mirror coating on the external surface. Airoh sells it as a separate spare part for the external visor, with the same attachment as other tints for the model: you can therefore keep more than one and change it according to the season and lighting conditions.
