You can return products within 14 days from delivery without providing a reason (right of withdrawal — Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

- Original labels and seals
Non-returnable products
For hygiene, safety or customization reasons:
- Helmets with opened safety seal
- Worn or washed clothing
- Lubricants and liquids with opened seal
- Spare parts made to specific order
- Gift cards
How to make a return
- Contact us within 14 days via email or WhatsApp
- Receive an RMA number and shipping instructions
- Pack the product in its original packaging
- Ship it to the address we provide
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product compared to the order: in that case, the costs are borne by us.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If the return is approved, the refund is issued within 10 business days using the same payment method as the purchase.
Defective or incorrect product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
