6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made via qualified express couriers. The times indicated are transit times, expressed in working days: they are to be understood as indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. During the busiest periods, such as public holidays and holiday seasons, they may increase due to the couriers' workload.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without having to give any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send written notice to info@moonbikesrl.it within 14 days of delivery
- Return the product intact, in its original packaging, within 14 days of the notice
- Return costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed
- The refund will be made within 10 working days of approval of the return, using the same payment method
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products, perishable products, or products sealed for hygiene reasons once opened.
