Compatibility
A helmet does not depend on the motorcycle or scooter model: the X31 fits any vehicle. As an open-face helmet, it is comfortable in the city and on short trips, and is quick to put on and take off.
Who it is perfect for
It is for those who want a fiberglass open-face helmet for daily use, with a sun visor and Pinlock-ready visor, in matte black. Those who frequently ride on highways or take long trips are better protected with a full-face or modular helmet.

Frequently asked questions
What homologation does it have?
The X31 Fiber Solid Color is ECE 22.06 homologated as an open-face helmet: it protects the head and ear area but leaves the chin free. It is comfortable in the city and for short rides; for highways and long trips, a full-face or modular helmet is recommended, as it also protects the face.
Is the Pinlock lens included?
No. Givi states the scratch-resistant visor is prepared for the Pinlock anti-fog lens, but the lens is not included in the package. The Givi code to order is Z2811R: it mounts inside the visor and reduces fogging on cold or rainy days.
What size should I choose?
For the X31, Givi indicates: XS 54 cm, S 56, M 58, L 60, XL 61, and XXL 63. Measure your head circumference with a tape measure, one finger above the eyebrows, and choose the closest size. If you are between two sizes, write to us before ordering and we will help you.
Can a dark visor be fitted?
Yes. Givi offers the 75% smoked visor Z2810FR and mirror visors Z2810AR, Z2810IR, Z2810YR, Z2810GR, and Z2810BR for the X31. Dark visors are for bright sun: in low light and at night, the clear visor must be used, which is the Z2810TR spare part.
How much does it weigh?
Givi declares 1,400 or 1,450 grams depending on the shell size, with a tolerance of 50 grams. This is the weight of a fiberglass open-face helmet with an internal sun visor. The package we ship, including the helmet and box, weighs approximately 1.81 kg.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, the X31 is in the 2026 Givi catalog with its spare parts: clear visor Z2810TR, smoked visor Z2810FR, sun visor Z2811FR, visor mechanism kit Z2810R, extractor in helmet color Z2810N900R, upper vents Z2812N900R, and interior sets from Z281054R to Z281063R. Before ordering, we will verify with you that the code is the correct one.
