Compatibility
A helmet does not depend on the motorcycle or scooter model: the X50 is suitable for any vehicle. As a modular, it is perfect for both city riding, where it can be used open, and for touring.
Who is it perfect for?
It is for those who want a fiberglass modular helmet to use daily and for touring, with a sun visor and Pinlock already included, in the matte metallic blue color. With the chin guard up, you can talk and drink without taking off the helmet.

Frequently asked questions
Can it be used open like a jet helmet?
Yes. The X50 Fiber Solid Color has double P/J homologation according to ECE 22.06 standards: it can be ridden with the chin guard closed, like a full-face helmet, or with the chin guard raised, like a jet helmet. On the highway and during long trips, it is better to keep it closed to keep your chin protected.
Is the Pinlock lens included?
Yes. Givi states that the anti-scratch visor is prepared for the Pinlock anti-fog lens, and the Pinlock 70 Max Vision lens is included in the box. It mounts inside the visor and reduces fogging in cold and rainy conditions. The replacement lens code is Givi Z1847R.
What size should I choose?
For the X50, Givi indicates XS 54 cm, S 56, M 58, L 60, XL 61, and XXL 63. Measure your head circumference with a measuring tape, one finger above your eyebrows, and choose the closest size. If you are between two sizes, write to us before ordering and we will help you.
Can a dark visor be installed?
Yes. Givi offers the 75% smoked visor Z1936FR for the X50, to be installed in place of the clear one on sunny days. Dark visors are for strong sun: in low light and at night, use the clear one, which remains the spare part Z1936TR.
How much does it weigh?
Givi declares 1,450 or 1,500 grams depending on the shell size, with a tolerance of 50 grams. This is the weight for a fiberglass modular helmet with an internal sun visor and double homologation. The package we ship, with helmet and box, weighs approximately 1.95 kg.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, the X50 is in the 2026 Givi catalog with all its spare parts: clear visor Z1936TR, smoked visor Z1936FR, sun visor Z1256FR, mechanism kit Z1937R, chin curtain Z1938R, breath guard Z1330R, extractor Z1483R, and interior lining from Z193954R to Z193963R. Before ordering, we will verify with you that the code is the correct one.
