You can return products within 14 days from delivery without providing a reason (right of withdrawal — Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

- Product intact and unused
- Original packaging with all accessories
- Original labels and seals
Non-returnable products
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Helmets with opened safety seal
- Worn or washed clothing
- Lubricants and liquids with opened seal
- Spare parts made to specific order
How to make a return
- Contact us within 14 days via email or WhatsApp
- Receive RMA number and shipping instructions
- Pack the product in its original packaging
- Ship to the address we provide
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product compared to the order: in that case, the costs are borne by us.
Refund
The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the purchase.
Defective or incorrect product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
