Do you have a Cardo Packtalk Neo or a Packtalk Custom and two helmets? The Packtalk Neo 2nd Helmet Kit — Sound by JBL (code ACC00016) sets up the second helmet: 40mm Sound by JBL speakers, two interchangeable wired microphones, JBL's three designed audio profiles, and the mount with clamp or adhesive plate. You install it once and then only move the main unit.
⚠️ Three things to know before ordering:
🔴 1. It is only for Packtalk Neo and Custom. Cardo second helmet kits are not interchangeable between families, because the attachment for the main unit changes. For Pro and Edge the code is ACC00011; for Packtalk, Bold, Black, and SmartPack they are ACC00010 (with JBL) and SRAK0039 (basic). Contact us for more information if you are not sure about the model.
🔴 2. It is not for half helmets. Full-face, modular, and open-face helmets are perfectly fine; for open-face and demi-jet helmets, the code is ACC00013.

No: for Edge and Pro the code is ACC00011. This is for Neo and Custom.
What's the difference with ACC00015?
Only the speakers: here they are Sound by JBL with three audio profiles, there they are 40mm HD. Mount, microphones, and compatibility are identical.
Which of the two microphones should I install?
The wired one on full-face helmets, the boom one on modular and open-face helmets. Both are included in the kit.
