Who it is perfect for

Frequently asked questions

Is the Kappa ST108 still in production?
No. The ST108 is no longer in the Kappa 2026 price list and the Kappa 2026 catalog lists it as available while stocks last; Kappa has replaced it with the STO106 magnetic bag. We sell it new and original as long as stock lasts, with an invoice and a 2-year warranty.

How do you mount the ST108 bag on the tank?
No brackets or specific kits are required. On metal tanks, the bag rests on the 2 removable magnets; on non-metal tanks, where the magnets do not hold, it is secured with the 4 supplied straps. The non-slip back helps keep the bag in place.

How much does the ST108 bag hold?
Kappa states a capacity of 5-7 litres: the bag is expandable and its height changes from 16 to 21 cm, with a base of 26 × 17 cm. The carrying capacity is adjustable, so it remains compact for everyday use and expands when you need more space.

Does the ST108 bag have a waterproof cover?
Yes. Kappa lists a black 190T polyester waterproof cover as one of the ST108 details, to be used over the bag in case of rain. The main fabric is black 600D polyester, with reflective piping for better visibility at night.

Is it an original Kappa product?
Yes. The ST108 is an original Kappa Moto product, a brand of the GIVI S.p.A. group, made in Italy, new and in its original packaging, with code ST108 and EAN 8019606322760. Moon Bike S.r.l. ships it from Italy with an invoice and a 2-year warranty.

Can you use your phone with the bag mounted?
Yes. There is a clear pocket for your phone on top of the ST108, which remains visible while riding. When you get off the motorcycle, the bag can be detached and carried by the handle after unfastening the straps or removing the magnets.
