The Kappa KD6104ST is the specific clear windshield for Kymco Xciting 400i (2013-2017). It measures 85 x 63 cm (H x W) and is 28 cm higher than the standard windshield: it mounts in place of the original, without additional brackets or kits.
✓ Strengths
- +28 cm compared to the original – one of the largest protection jumps in the Kappa catalog: the airflow passes clearly over the helmet
- 85 x 63 cm – a true grand touring screen, suitable for extra-urban transfers with the Xciting
- Direct mounting – replaces the standard windshield, no separate mounting kit to purchase
- Transparent – total visibility, no optical distortion
- Methacrylate (PMMA) – resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents
- Original Kappa Moto (Givi S.p.A. group, Flero – BS)

⚠️ Important notes:
• It mounts in replacement of the original Kymco windshield: it is not an addition.
• No separate mounting kit to purchase: it uses the standard mounts already on the scooter.
• It is a much taller windshield (+28 cm): it significantly changes the scooter's line. If you are looking for a low, sporty profile, this is not the right part.
• It is specific for the Xciting 400i: it is not the windshield for the previous generation Xciting 250/300/500.

Who it's perfect for
The Xciting 400i is a GT scooter that loves long journeys, but the standard windshield is designed more for aesthetics than protection. With an extra 28 cm, the change is immediate: above 90 km/h, the wind no longer reaches the helmet, and in the rain, your chest stays dry. It's the accessory that transforms a good scooter into a true touring vehicle.
