Frequently Asked Questions

Which scooter does the KD1123ST fit?
The Honda Forza 300 ABS produced from 2013 to 2017. It is the only model indicated by the official Kappa catalog for this code, under the "Forza 300 ABS (13 > 17)" section. If you are unsure about the year of your scooter, send us the VIN and we will verify it before shipping.

How large is the windshield?
It measures 73 cm in height and 59 cm in width, as stated by Kappa in its catalog. Kappa also specifies that it is 21 cm taller than the original Forza 300 ABS windscreen: it provides more protection for the torso and helmet from the wind, especially at extra-urban speeds.

Are separate mounting brackets required?
The Kappa catalog indicates that the KD1123ST mounts in place of the original windscreen and does not list a dedicated mounting kit for this scooter. However, Kappa does sell the replacement screw kit for the windshield separately (code 1123DSTKKITR) should you need to replace the hardware.

Does it fit the 2019+ Forza 300?
No. The Kappa catalog limits the KD1123ST to the 2013-2017 Forza 300 ABS. For the 2019-2020 Forza 125 and 300, Kappa provides windshields with different codes, designed for that generation's bodywork, such as the KD1166ST. In case of doubt, check the year on your registration document.

Is it transparent or smoked?
It is transparent: the Kappa catalog describes it as a "specific transparent windshield," and the official photo shows it mounted on the scooter. For this scooter, the 2026 Kappa catalog does not list a smoked version of this same windshield, so the choice is between this and the stock windscreen.

Is it an original Kappa product?
Yes. It is an original Kappa windshield with manufacturer code KD1123ST and EAN 8029871108761, new and in its original packaging, produced in Italy. Kappa Moto is a brand of the GIVI S.p.A. group, which designs windshields, top cases, and specific mounts for individual motorcycle and scooter models.
