The Kappa ES1161K side stand extension is the specific support for Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin and Africa Twin Adventure Sports (2018-2019). Made of aluminum and stainless steel, it widens the base of the original stand: with 240 kg of a fully loaded maxi enduro, it makes the difference between parking safely and finding the bike on the ground. Original Kappa Moto accessory (GIVI group).

Who it's perfect for
Anyone with an Africa Twin knows that the standard side stand has a small footprint for a motorcycle of that size. A dirt parking lot, a grassy area, or asphalt softened by the August sun is all it takes for the stand to sink. With the ES1161K, the support surface widens, and the problem is solved — even more so when traveling with luggage and a passenger.
Recommended products and accessories
- Kappa MONOKEY® top cases and side cases – with a loaded bike, the stand extension becomes almost mandatory
- Kappa engine guards and skid plates specific for Africa Twin
