Frequently asked questions

Which helmet does this fit?
Airoh specifies these for the Twist 3 motocross helmet, under code TW3BWLG in the spare parts catalog. They are not indicated for other models, as the shape and dimensions of the padding vary from helmet to helmet. Check your helmet model before ordering: if you have any doubts, send us a photo of the label and we will confirm the code.

Which size should I choose?
Choose the same size as your helmet, which you can find on the internal label. Airoh produces them in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL, each with its own code: in the table on the sheet, you can find the code and EAN for each size. If you have any doubts, send us a photo of the label before ordering.

What do the millimeters indicated for each size mean?
This is the thickness of the padding that the Airoh spare parts catalog lists next to each size code, for example, 35 mm. It varies from one size to another: that is why it is important to choose your helmet's size. The correct code and thickness are already matched in the variant you select.

Is this an original Airoh spare part?
Yes. It is an original Airoh spare part from the Locatelli S.p.A. group spare parts catalog: each size has its own code and EAN, as listed in the table. Moon Bike S.r.l. is an authorized Airoh retailer: the cheek pads arrive new and packaged in their original box, with an invoice and a 2-year warranty.

What is the crossed-out price?
It is the official Airoh list price, including VAT, for this code. Our selling price is lower because we align it with the Italian retail market, while always providing a new, original spare part, shipped from Italy with an invoice and a 2-year warranty.

Where is it shipped from?
Moon Bike S.r.l. is based in Cercola, in the province of Naples, and ships from Italy with an invoice. The spare part is shipped packaged to protect it from scratches and creases during transport.
