Frequently Asked Questions

Which helmet does it fit?
Airoh specifies these for the Kombakt jet helmet, using the KOG code from the spare parts catalog. They are not indicated for other models, as the shape and dimensions of the padding vary from one helmet to another. Check your helmet model before ordering: if in doubt, send us a photo of the label and we will confirm the code.

Which size should I choose?
Choose the same size as your helmet, which you can find on the internal label. Airoh produces them in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL, each with its own code: in the table provided, you will find the code and EAN for each size. If in doubt, send us a photo of the label before ordering.

Why does each size have a different code?
The Airoh spare parts catalog groups the cheek pads under the KOG code, but each size has its own specific code and EAN, which are the ones listed in the table. This way, when you are searching for or comparing the part, you can use the exact code for your helmet size, eliminating the chance of error.

Is it an original Airoh spare part?
Yes. It is an original Airoh spare part from the Locatelli S.p.A. group catalog: each size has its own code and EAN, as listed in the table. Moon Bike S.r.l. is an authorized Airoh retailer: the cheek pads arrive new and packaged in their original box, with an invoice and 2-year warranty.

What is the crossed-out price?
It is the official Airoh list price, VAT included, for this code. Our selling price is lower because we align it with the Italian retail market, while still providing an original, new product shipped from Italy with an invoice and 2-year warranty.

Where is it shipped from?
Moon Bike S.r.l. is based in Cercola, in the province of Naples, and ships from Italy with an invoice. The spare part is shipped in protective packaging to prevent scratches or creases during transport. If you have any doubts about the correct code for your helmet, write to us before ordering and we will assist you.
