Frequently Asked Questions

Which helmet does it fit?
Airoh specifies it for the Kombakt helmet, with the KOC code from the spare parts list. It is not indicated for other models, as the shape and size of the padding vary from helmet to helmet. Check your helmet model before ordering: if in doubt, send us a photo of the label and we will confirm the code.

Which size should I choose?
Choose the same size as your helmet, which you can find on the internal label. Airoh produces it in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL, each with its own code: in the table on this page, you will find the code and EAN for each size. If you have doubts, send us a photo of the label before ordering.

Why does each size have a different code?
The Airoh spare parts list groups the liner under the KOC code, but each size has its own individual code and EAN, which are those listed in the table. This way, when you search for or compare the spare part, you can use the exact code for your helmet size, eliminating the possibility of error.

Is it an original Airoh spare part?
Yes. It is an original Airoh replacement from the Locatelli S.p.A. group spare parts list: each size has its own code and EAN as reported in the table. Moon Bike S.r.l. is an authorized Airoh dealer: the liner arrives new and packaged in its original packaging, with an invoice and a 2-year warranty.

What is the crossed-out price?
It is the official Airoh list price, including VAT, for this code. Our selling price is lower because we align it with the Italian retail market, while still providing an original, new part, shipped from Italy with an invoice and a 2-year warranty.

Where is it shipped from?
Moon Bike S.r.l. is based in Cercola, in the province of Naples, and ships from Italy with an invoice. The spare part is shipped properly packaged to protect it from scratches and creases during transport. If you have any doubts about the correct code for your helmet, write to us before ordering and we will answer you.
