Does it have a visor?
No. The Twist 3 is an off-road helmet: instead of a visor, it has a peak and is used with motocross goggles, which must be purchased separately. This is the standard configuration for all motocross and enduro helmets.

What approval does it have?
It is ECE 22.06 approved, the latest European standard, which adds rotational tests and high- and low-speed tests to the previous impact test.

How much does it weigh and what material is it made of?
The shell is made of HRT (High Resistant Thermoplastic) and is produced in two external sizes: the 1st for XS, S, and M, the 2nd for L, XL, and XXL. The declared weight starts from 1,330 g with a tolerance of ±50 g.

Can I install an intercom on it?
Yes. The helmet is ready for Airoh AWC4 and AWC2 systems, which are installed in the pre-made internal compartments. The intercom is sold separately and is not included in the package.

What are the ASN and AEFR systems?
These are two systems that Airoh declares are present on the Twist 3: ASN stands for Airoh Sliding Net, AEFR for Airoh Emergency Fast Release. Airoh does not publish detailed technical descriptions for them, so here we only state the acronym and the extended name as declared by the manufacturer.

What size should I get?
Measure your head circumference about one centimeter above your eyebrows and compare it with the table above: sizes range from XS (53-54 cm) to XXL (63 cm). If you are exactly between two sizes, it is advisable to choose the larger one, as the interior padding settles with use.

Can the peak be removed or changed?
Yes, the peak is removable and can be detached using the side screws. Airoh also produces an extended peak for the Twist 3, which mounts to the same attachments.

What is the difference between this graphic and other Twist 3 graphics?
No technical difference: the shell, features, weight, and approval are the same across the entire Twist 3 range. The graphic changes – in this case, Hustle Black Violet – and the product code TW3H38. The solid-color Color versions have a lower price list compared to the graphics.
