The Arrow 71755MI racing collector kit is the front half of the Arrow system for Aprilia RS 660 (2020-2024) and Tuono 660 (2021-2024) in the catalyst-free version: stainless steel collectors and link pipe, 3.2 kg, ø 54 mm outlet. This is the track configuration of the system.
⛔ Product not approved: track use only. The 71755MI removes the catalytic converter and does not have ECE approval. It cannot be used on public roads or pass inspection. For a road-legal Arrow system, the approved catalytic collector kit 71755KZ is required.
Requires Racing mapping. The Arrow technical note specifies that after installing this kit, the Racing map must be uploaded by an Aprilia dealer.
Strengths
- Catalyst-free — this is the configuration designed for maximum exhaust flow, which Arrow combines with its mufflers for track use.
- 590 grams lighter than the catalytic kit — 3.2 kg compared to 3.79 kg for the 71755KZ: the difference is almost entirely due to the absence of the catalytic converter.
- Stainless steel — collectors and link pipe are both made of stainless steel, with welded mounting.
- Ready for lambda sensor — the kit retains the original lambda sensor connection of the motorcycle.

⚠️ Important notes
This kit is the front half of the system and does not work with the original muffler of the bike: it must be combined with one of the three Indy Race mufflers, which have a ø 54 mm inlet corresponding to its outlet.
Installation is recommended for qualified personnel. Please note that removing the catalytic converter makes the system non-compliant for public road use: it is a spare part intended for sports activities on the track.

Who it's perfect for
For those who take the RS 660 or Tuono 660 to the track and want the Arrow system in its freest configuration: no catalytic converter, half a kilo less, and the Racing map uploaded by the dealer. It's a conscious choice for the track, not a cheap alternative to the catalytic kit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use it on the road?
No. The 71755MI removes the catalytic converter and does not have ECE approval: it is intended exclusively for track use and cannot be used on public roads or pass inspection. For a road-legal Arrow system, there is the approved catalytic kit 71755KZ, which uses the same mufflers.
Do I need to remap the bike?
Yes. The Arrow technical note specifies that after installing the racing collector kit, the Racing map must be uploaded by an Aprilia dealer. This is a step required by the system manufacturer, not an option.
Can I install it while keeping the original muffler?
No. The kit has a ø 54 mm outlet designed for the Indy Race mufflers 71929PK, 71929MK, and 71929AKN, and the Arrow catalog does not provide for combination with the standard muffler. For a complete system, one of the three mufflers is also required.
How much lighter is it compared to the catalytic kit?
Arrow declares 3.2 kg for the 71755MI and 3.79 kg for the 71755KZ: a difference of 590 grams, almost all attributable to the catalytic converter which is not present on the racing version. The other measurements — ø 54 mm outlet, welded attachment, materials — are the same.
Is it suitable for both the RS 660 and the Tuono 660?
Yes. The two bikes share the same Arrow vehicle type, KS, and the same system: the code is unique. This applies to the RS 660 from 2020 to 2024 and the Tuono 660 from 2021 to 2024, both Euro 5. From 2025, the two bikes have moved to Euro 5+ and use different codes.
Is it an original Arrow product?
Yes: it is a new kit produced by Arrow Special Parts in San Giustino, Italy, and is the code provided in the official Arrow catalog for the RS 660 and Tuono 660. It is shipped from Italy with invoice and manufacturer's warranty; it is not a copy or a universal adaptation.
