How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your shipping and billing details, choose your payment method, and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Enter your billing details (Tax ID or VAT number + SDI Code) at checkout. The electronic invoice is automatically sent via the Interchange System.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will modify or cancel it without any problem.
Shipping and deliveries
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping for orders over €149.99. For smaller orders, the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What are the delivery times?
Italy: 24-48 working hours.
Islands: 2-4 working days.
Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM are shipped the same working day.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.
Can I pick up in person?
Yes, for free. Select "Store pickup" at checkout. We will notify you via email/WhatsApp when your order is ready. Location: Via Europa 27, Cercola (NA).
Returns and refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging (right of withdrawal — Consumer Code).
What cannot be returned?
- Helmets with an open security seal
- Worn or washed clothing
- Lubricants and liquids with an open seal
- Customized or special-order spare parts
How do I make a return?
Contact us within 14 days via email or WhatsApp. We will provide you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund for free — return shipping costs will be covered by us.

How do I find the right spare part?
Use the Garage Finder on the homepage (make, model, displacement, year) or search by OEM code. If you have any doubts, write to us on WhatsApp with the make, model, and year of your vehicle: we will reply within a few hours.
Are the spare parts original?
Yes. We are official dealers of Piaggio Group and brands such as Kappa, Givi, Airoh, Dainese, Bosch, Yuasa, Bardahl, and others. All spare parts have a verifiable OEM code.
Warranty
What warranty do the products have?
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for conformity defects, from the date of delivery.
What does the warranty not cover?
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper use, accidents, or tampering
- Lack of maintenance
Account and privacy
Do I need to register to purchase?
No, you can also purchase as a guest. With an account, you can track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive promotions.
