Compatibility
A helmet does not depend on the motorcycle or scooter model: the X31 is suitable for any vehicle. As a jet, it is comfortable in the city and for short rides, and is very easy to put on and take off.
Perfect for
It is for those who want a fiberglass jet helmet to use daily, with a sun visor and Pinlock-ready visor, in the glossy grey colorway. Those who frequently use highways or go on long trips will be better protected with a full-face or modular helmet.

Frequently asked questions
What is its approval?
The X31 Fiber Solid Color is ECE 22.06 approved as a jet helmet: it protects the head and the ear area but leaves the chin exposed. It is comfortable in the city and for short rides; for highway use and long trips, a full-face or modular helmet, which also protects the face, is recommended.
Is the Pinlock lens included?
No. Givi states that the anti-scratch visor is prepared for the anti-fog Pinlock lens, but the lens is not included in the package. The Givi code to order is Z2811R: it mounts inside the visor and reduces fogging on cold or rainy days.
Which size should I choose?
For the X31, Givi specifies XS 54 cm, S 56, M 58, L 60, XL 61, and XXL 63. Measure your head circumference with a tape measure, one finger above your eyebrows, and choose the closest size. If you are between two sizes, write to us before ordering and we will help you.
Can a dark visor be mounted?
Yes. Givi offers the 75% smoked visor Z2810FR and mirror visors Z2810AR, Z2810IR, Z2810YR, Z2810GR, and Z2810BR for the X31. Dark visors are for bright sun: in low light and at night, you must use the clear one, which remains spare part Z2810TR.
How much does it weigh?
Givi declares 1,400 or 1,450 grams depending on the shell size, with a tolerance of 50 grams. This is the weight of a fiberglass jet helmet with an internal sun visor. The package we ship, including the helmet and box, weighs approximately 1.81 kg.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, the X31 is in the 2026 Givi catalog with its spare parts: clear visor Z2810TR, smoked visor Z2810FR, sun visor Z2811FR, visor mechanism kit Z2810R, extractor in the color of the helmet Z2810G767R, and upper vents Z2812G767R, interiors from Z281054R to Z281063R. Before ordering, we will verify with you that the code is the correct one.
