By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

2. Subject of the Contract

Moon Bike sells:

• Original and aftermarket spare parts for motorcycles, scooters and mopeds
• Motorcycle accessories (bags, mounts, communication systems)
• ECE 22.06 approved helmets
• Technical clothing and protective gear
• Lubricants, batteries and maintenance products

All products are new, original and compliant with the safety and type-approval regulations in force.

3. Ordering Procedure and Conclusion of the Contract

1. The Customer selects the products and adds them to the cart.
2. Enters the billing and shipping details.
3. Chooses the payment method and confirms the order.
4. Receives an order confirmation email with a summary of the products, prices, shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are expressed in Euro (€), VAT included. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the time of order confirmation shall apply.

Accepted payment methods:

Moon Bike does not store credit card data. All payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS certified gateways.

5. Product Availability

In the event of supervening unavailability after the order confirmation, the Customer will be informed within 48 hours and offered:

• An equivalent alternative product
• Waiting for restocking (with estimated times)
• Immediate full refund

6. Shipping and Delivery

Couriers used: BRT • Poste Italiane • DHL

The times indicated are transit times, expressed in working days. For non-EU countries they may increase due to customs checks. During the busiest periods, such as public holidays and holiday seasons, they may increase due to the couriers' workload.

Customs (non-EU countries): export costs from Italy are borne by Moon Bike. Duties, import VAT and customs clearance charges in the country of destination are borne by the buyer: the courier delivers the parcel only after these amounts have been paid, otherwise the parcel is returned to the sender.

Parcel damaged on delivery? Accept it with reservation, photograph the parcel and its contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to open a claim.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

How to exercise it:

1. Notify us of your decision by email to info@moonbikesrl.it within 14 days
2. Return the product intact, unused and in its original packaging
3. Ship it to our warehouse (costs borne by the Customer)

Refund: after receipt and inspection of the return, if approved, within 10 working days, using the same payment method. The original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (24 Months)

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Art. 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. Data controller: Moon Bike S.r.l.

Data are collected for: order and shipping management • invoicing • customer service • marketing (only with consent). The Customer has the right of access, rectification, erasure and portability.
