The Aviator Ace 2 Color is ECE 22.06 homologated, as stated by Airoh in the technical datasheet, so it can be used both off-road and on-road. The homologation mark and number can be found on the label stitched into the strap. It features a double D-ring closure and removable inner liners for washing.

What material is it made of and how much does it weigh?
The shell is made of composite carbon, which Airoh calls Composite Carbon, and weighs 1,250 grams, with a tolerance of ±50 g. Airoh produces it in two outer shell sizes: the first for XS, S, and M, and the second for L and XL. This keeps the helmet proportioned to the head even in smaller sizes.

What size should I choose?
Measure your head circumference one centimeter above the eyebrows. In the Airoh guide for the Aviator Ace 2, XS is 53-54 cm, S is 55-56, M is 57-58, L is 59-60, and XL is 61 cm: the range stops there. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering.

What is in the box?
In addition to the helmet, Airoh includes the peak screws and the removable nose guard in the package. The helmet has no visor: it must be used with off-road goggles, which are not included and must be purchased separately. The inner lining is removable and washable.

Can an intercom be installed?
Yes. The Aviator Ace 2 is pre-configured for Airoh AWC4 and AWC2 intercoms, which are sold separately and are not included in the box. This is useful for group off-road riding and enduro outings, when you need to communicate with those in front or behind you without stopping.
