Only the speakers. This one uses 40mm HD, while that one (code ACC00009) uses 40mm Sound by JBL with three JBL-tuned audio profiles. The cradle, microphones, and compatibility are identical. The difference is visible on the packaging: the JBL brand is not present here.

Does the kit include the intercom?
No. The kit contains speakers, microphones, and the cradle: it is used to prepare a second helmet or to replace the audio system of the one you have. The Cardo unit remains one, and you move it from one helmet to the other.
