Open face helmets do not have a dedicated intercom slot, and without a chin bar, the standard microphone remains far from the mouth. The Half Helmet Adapter for Packtalk Pro/Edge/Neo (code ACC00013) solves both problems with two pieces: an adhesive plate to secure the unit where there is no attachment, and a boom microphone that reaches the correct position.
⚠️ Three things to know before ordering:
🔴 1. It is an adapter, not a complete audio kit. It contains an adhesive plate and a boom microphone: the speakers are not included and should be reused from your Packtalk. If you also need speakers, the complete kit for Pro and Edge is code ACC00022.
🔴 2. It is for open face helmets. Jet, demi-jet, and half helmets. It is not needed for full face or closed modular helmets: there is already an attachment there, and a short microphone works better.
🔴 3. It covers three models: Packtalk Pro, Edge, and Neo. It is the only jet accessory in the range that also includes the Neo. For Bold and Black, SPPT0011 is needed instead.
