Chest is measured at the widest point with arms at sides, waist at navel height, hips at widest point of pelvis; inseam between crotch and ankle bone. Macna declares 80 cm inseam across the entire range and specifies that when different circumferences suggest different sizes, the largest measured size should be chosen.
