Vespa is revamping its range between 2025 and 2026 with the most significant update in years: the introduction of the new 310 cc engine on the large body models. The GTS 310 becomes the most powerful Vespa ever, joined by the vintage GTV 310 and the GTS 125 for sixteen-year-olds. On the small body models, the new Primavera and Sprint S 2026 model years will feature a rear disc brake for the first time. Below you'll find all the models with their technical specifications, prices, and changes. Original spare parts for your Vespa are available from Moon Bike, an official Piaggio Group dealer.
Vespa Primavera and Sprint S 2026: the revamped small body models
Unveiled at EICMA 2025 (November 2025) and already in dealerships as the 2026 model year, the Vespa Primavera and Vespa Sprint S bring the richest technological package ever seen on "small body" models. The main technical innovation: for the first time in history, the 125 and 150 versions abandon the rear drum brake in favor of a 220 mm disc, a significant safety upgrade. Both adopt new 12-inch split five-spoke wheels and a new Full LCD dashboard that combines the classic round dial with digital technology.
The engines remain the proven 3-valve i-get family, in three displacements, all Euro 5+. They are also available in electric versions (Moped with removable batteries at 45 km/h, or Motorcycle in the Primavera Tech version).

Vespa spare parts: what you need and why the 310 changes everything
The Vespa is the model with the most circulating units in Italy: the GTS, Primavera, and Sprint families have millions of units on the road, with very high demand for maintenance spare parts such as belt kits, variator rollers, spark plugs, filters, brake pads and discs, and aesthetic components. The transition to the new 310 cc engine (over 70% of components new compared to the 278 cc) is a point to keep in mind: the spare parts for the new engine are not compatible with older models. Those who have just purchased a GTS 310 or a GTV 310 therefore need specific original spare parts for the new generation — when ordering, always specify the exact model and year.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the most powerful Vespa of 2025?
It's the Vespa GTS 310, which with the new 310 cc engine (25 HP) is the most powerful Vespa ever built in almost 80 years of history. It replaces the previous 278 cc with over 70% completely new components.
What changes in the 2026 Vespa Primavera and Sprint?
The 2026 model year, unveiled at EICMA 2025, introduces for the first time a 220 mm rear disc brake on the 125 and 150 (instead of the drum), new 12-inch split five-spoke wheels, and a new Full LCD dashboard. The engines remain the proven Euro 5+ i-get units.
Are the spare parts for the old GTS 300 suitable for the new GTS 310?
No, not for engine components: the GTS 310 is equipped with a new engine with over 70% of components different from the previous 278 cc, so many specific engine parts are not interchangeable. To order the correct part, always specify the model and year of your Vespa.
What license is required for the Vespa GTS 125?
The Vespa GTS 125 can be ridden with an A1 license (from 16 years old). It is designed precisely for those who want the large GTS frame at just 16 years old: it mounts the 124.7 cc engine in the large body frame.
