Shipping notice: truck drivers' strike in Italy
Updated 19/10/2026
Since 16 October, truck drivers protesting against high diesel prices have been blocking roads and ports in Southern Italy (Campania, Calabria, Sicily, Puglia, Basilicata), and the protest could spread to the rest of the country. The strike affects all our shipments, in Italy and abroad: Poste Italiane is currently not collecting parcels, while BRT and DHL are collecting as usual but deliveries may be delayed in some areas.
- Italy we ship with BRT and DHL · possible delivery delays
- European Union for now we ship with DHL only · possible delays
- Non-EU countries (customs) shipments temporarily suspended: they will leave as soon as Poste Italiane resumes collections
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Shipping outside the European Union — duties payable by the recipient
This order ships outside the European Union and is subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Export formalities and costs from Italy are on us and are already included in the price.
Import duties, taxes and clearance fees in the destination country are payable by the buyer. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and we cannot calculate them: they are set by the customs authority of the destination country.
The carrier will not release the parcel until the recipient pays these charges. If the shipment is refused or the charges are left unpaid, the parcel is returned to us and shipping, return and any customs costs are deducted from the refund.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the KM5 or KM7 plate?
No. For this rack, Kappa specifies only one MONOKEY® plate, the K636. This is an exception compared to other racks in the range, so please verify carefully before ordering.
What do I need with a Monolock top case?
Only the top case: the MONOLOCK® plate is already included with the top case itself.
Is the top case included?
No, the KR7604 is only the rear rack.
What is the Givi equivalent?
The corresponding item in the Givi range is code SR7604: same product, different brand.
