For anyone still riding a first-series SH whose screen is cracked, opaque, or scratched to the point where it is no longer possible to see through it. On a scooter that is over twenty years old, the windscreen is the part that sustains the most wear and is the most difficult to replace, as almost no one produces it anymore. This is a new blade in the original dimensions, and for once, the brackets are also still available.

Is the fitting kit included in the price?
No, the 186AK is the blade only. You need the A186AK kit, which the Kappa price list lists as no longer supplied new: however, we still have it in our shop under the Givi code A186A. If you need both, order them together while they are still in stock.

Why is the kit called A186A and not A186AK in the shop?
Because Kappa and Givi are the same company and the same part has two codes: A186AK for Kappa, A186A for Givi. The same applies to the blade, which is the 186A for Givi. The kit we sell is the correct one for this windscreen.

Which SH does it fit exactly?
It fits the first series Honda SH 125 and SH 150, produced from 2001 to 2004. Both engine sizes share the same shield, so the blade is the same. Check the first registration year on your vehicle registration document before ordering, as the next series begins in 2005.

Does it fit my 2007 SH 125i?
No. From the SH 125i-150i (2005-2008) onwards, Kappa provides different screens, the 311AK (62 x 67.5 cm) and the 313AK (55 x 66 cm), both with the A311AK kit. The 186AK cannot be attached to those generations. If you have an SH from another year, write to us and we will provide the correct code.

What kind of protection does a 58 x 68 cm screen provide?
It is a standard city-scooter size, not a maxi-scooter size: the 68 cm width covers the entire shield and deflects air past the hands, while the 58 cm height directs it in front of the chest. It is a definite advantage on country roads and during winter.

Why is it listed as reaching end of stock?
Because the 2026 Kappa catalog displays the "available while supplies last" symbol next to it and the code can no longer be ordered via the B2B portal. What you see available is residual stock from our warehouse, and once it is gone, it cannot be reordered.
