Compatibility
A helmet does not depend on the motorcycle or scooter model: the X31 is suitable for any vehicle. As a jet helmet, it is comfortable in the city and for short trips, and it is very quick to put on and take off.
Perfect for
It is intended for those who want a thermoplastic jet helmet for daily use, with a sun visor and a Pinlock-ready visor, in a matte black finish. Those who often ride on highways or long trips will be better protected with a full-face or modular helmet.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is its homologation?
The X31 Solid Color is ECE 22.06 approved as a jet helmet: it protects the head and ear area but leaves the chin free. It is comfortable in the city and for short trips; for highways and long trips, a full-face or modular helmet, which also protects the face, is recommended.
Is the Pinlock lens included?
No. Givi states the anti-scratch visor is ready for the Pinlock anti-fog lens, but the lens is not included in the package. The Givi code to order is Z2811R: it mounts inside the visor and reduces fogging on cold or rainy days.
What size should I choose?
For the X31, Givi indicates XS 54 cm, S 56, M 58, L 60, XL 61, and XXL 63. Measure your head circumference with a tape measure, one finger above your eyebrows, and choose the closest size. If you are between two sizes, contact us before ordering and we will help you.
Can a dark visor be mounted?
Yes. Givi offers the 75% smoked visor Z2815FR and mirrored visors Z2815AR, Z2815IR, Z2815YR, Z2815GR, and Z2815BR for the X31. Dark visors are for strong sun: in low light and at night, the clear one must be used, which remains the Z2815TR spare part.
How much does it weigh?
Givi declares 1,450 or 1,500 grams depending on the shell size, with a tolerance of 50 grams. This is the weight of a thermoplastic jet helmet with an internal sun visor. The package we ship, with helmet and box, weighs about 1.86 kg.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, the X31 is in the 2026 Givi catalog with its spare parts: clear visor Z2815TR, smoked visor Z2815FR, sun visor Z2816FR, visor mechanism kit Z2815R, extractor in helmet color Z2815N900R, upper vents Z2816N900R, and interior lining from Z281554R to Z281563R. Before ordering, we will verify with you that the code is correct.
