Can I ride with the chin guard raised?
Yes. The X.21 Challenger has dual P/J homologation: it is approved as both a full-face helmet with the chin guard closed and a jet helmet with the chin guard raised. You can therefore ride legally in both positions, for example, closed outside the city and open in traffic or on hotter days.

What size should I choose?
Measure your head circumference with a tailor's tape measure, one finger above your eyebrows. The XL size of the X.21 Challenger corresponds to 61 centimeters and is the only size available. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering so we can tell you if the fit is right for you.

Is the Pinlock lens included?
No. The clear anti-scratch visor is prepared for the Pinlock 30 anti-fog lens, which must be purchased separately: the Givi code is Z2399R (Pinlock DKS166), still in the 2026 Givi visor catalog for the X.21. The box includes a breath guard and wind deflector, which are useful on cold days.

Does it have a sun visor?
Yes. The X.21 Challenger comes standard with an internal retractable sun visor, operated by a steel cable: you lower it when it's sunny and raise it when it's not needed, without taking the helmet off. The replacement sun visor is still in the 2026 Givi price list with code Z2502FR.

Yes.
