Compatibility
A helmet does not depend on the motorcycle or scooter model: the X31 is suitable for any vehicle. As a jet helmet, it is comfortable in the city and on short trips, and it is quick to put on and take off.
Who it is perfect for
It is for those who want a thermoplastic jet helmet for daily use, with a sun visor and Pinlock-ready visor, in the matte titanium colorway. Those who frequently ride on highways or take long trips are better protected with a full-face or modular helmet.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is its homologation?
The X31 Solid Color is ECE 22.06 homologated as a jet helmet: it protects the head and ear area but leaves the chin free. It is comfortable for city use and short rides; for highway use and long journeys, a full-face or modular helmet, which also protects the face, is recommended.
Is the Pinlock lens included?
No. Givi states that the anti-scratch visor is prepared for the Pinlock anti-fog lens, but the lens is not included in the package. The Givi code to order is Z2811R: it is mounted inside the visor and reduces fogging on cold or rainy days.
What size should I choose?
For the X31, Givi indicates XS 54 cm, S 56, M 58, L 60, XL 61, and XXL 63. Measure your head circumference with a tailor's tape, one finger above your eyebrows, and choose the closest size. If you are between two sizes, write to us before ordering and we will help you.
Can a dark visor be installed?
Yes. Givi offers the 75% smoked visor Z2815FR and the mirrored visors Z2815AR, Z2815IR, Z2815YR, Z2815GR, and Z2815BR for the X31. Dark visors are for strong sunlight: in low light or at night, the clear one must be used, which is spare part Z2815TR.
How much does it weigh?
Givi declares 1,450 or 1,500 grams depending on the shell size, with a tolerance of 50 grams. This is the weight of a thermoplastic jet helmet with an internal sun visor. The package we ship, with the helmet and box, weighs approximately 1.86 kg.
Are spare parts available?
Yes, the X31 is in the 2026 Givi catalog with its spare parts: clear visor Z2815TR, smoked visor Z2815FR, sun visor Z2816FR, visor mechanism kit Z2815R, and interior liners from Z281554R to Z281563R. For air vents and extractors, ask us for the code matching your colorway. Before ordering, we will verify with you that the code is the correct one.
