Important notes
- Racing end cans are intended exclusively for track use: an approved exhaust is mandatory on public roads.
- On some models, the manifold must be paired with the end can from the same line to maintain approval.
- Always verify model, displacement, and year: the same scooter may have different mounts between series.
Approved or racing: how to choose
- Approved — Road, inspection, insurance
- Racing — Track and sports use only
- Original replacement — Restoration after wear or rust

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I fit a racing exhaust on the road?
No. On public roads, an approved exhaust with the marking required by regulations is mandatory. A racing end can is intended for track use: fitting it on the road exposes you to penalties, vehicle impoundment, and failure to pass inspection. Approval is always declared in the product descriptions.
Does a replacement muffler change performance?
An approved replacement muffler restores the vehicle to its original performance: that is its purpose. If you are looking for a real gain, you need sports end cans combined with the correct manifold, and often a remap. On small displacement scooters, the difference remains limited anyway.
Do I also need to change gaskets and bushings?
Yes, it is always recommended. Exhaust gaskets and bushings deform on the first installation, and reusing them leads to leaks, abnormal noise, and loosening bolts. They are inexpensive and can be found in this same section: add them to your cart along with the muffler.
