The Kappa KM9A plate is the universal attachment base made of 3 mm satin-finish and anodized aluminum for top cases and rear cases with the MONOKEY® system: it mounts on Kappa KZ monoracks and on some KR racks that allow for it. The 3 mm thickness and anodization make it rigid and corrosion-resistant. Original Kappa spare part (Givi S.p.A. group).

What is the difference between KM9A and KM9B?
They are the same plate: the KM9A is in natural satin-finish aluminum, the KM9B in black. Only the finish changes.
Can I mount the stop light kit on the top case?
No. With the KM9A, it is not possible to mount the stop light kit on the case or the remote opening device.
Is the top case included?
No. The package contains only the KM9A plate. The Monokey top case must be purchased separately.
Is it suitable for MONOLOCK® top cases?
No: the KM9A is the plate for the MONOKEY® system. For Monolock, dedicated plates are needed (MKN, Z340K).
Is it compatible with Givi top cases?
