Can I use car detergents on my motorcycle?
Not recommended. Car detergents often contain strong degreasing agents that can attack seals, bearings, and specific motorcycle gaskets. Muc-Off detergents are formulated to respect all critical materials. They cost more but protect your investment.
How often should the chain be lubricated?
Approximately every 500 km under normal conditions; every 200-300 km in rain or dust. First application: after cleaning the chain with a dedicated degreaser and cloth. Apply lubricant to a warm chain (after a short ride) to allow better penetration into the joints.
