Shipping notice: truck drivers' strike in Italy
Updated 19/10/2026
Since 16 October, truck drivers protesting against high diesel prices have been blocking roads and ports in Southern Italy (Campania, Calabria, Sicily, Puglia, Basilicata), and the protest could spread to the rest of the country. The strike affects all our shipments, in Italy and abroad: Poste Italiane is currently not collecting parcels, while BRT and DHL are collecting as usual but deliveries may be delayed in some areas.
- Italy we ship with BRT and DHL · possible delivery delays
- European Union for now we ship with DHL only · possible delays
- Non-EU countries (customs) shipments temporarily suspended: they will leave as soon as Poste Italiane resumes collections
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Suggest your price, we'll reply within 24 working hours

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the difference between a demi-jet and a regular jet helmet?
A demi-jet has a shorter, lighter shell and a wide visor that covers the face. It is the typical helmet for city scooters: easy to put on and take off quickly and takes up little space under the seat.
Does it have a sun visor?
Yes. In addition to the flip-up clear visor, there is a retractable dark sun visor, which lowers from inside the shell when the sun is bothersome.
What is its homologation?
It is ECE 22.05 approved, the European approval declared by the manufacturer for this model. The helmet is new, in original packaging.
What material is the shell made of?
It is made of ABS, the most common thermoplastic used for standard helmets: impact-resistant and inexpensive to replace in case of a fall.
Can the interior be removed and washed?
Yes, the internal lining is removable, breathable, and washable: it can be detached and washed at the end of the season without interfering with the shell.
How does it fasten?
With a quick-release chin strap: the red lever seen in the photos can be opened with one hand, even with gloves on.
What sizes are available?
XS, S, M, and L are in stock. The corresponding Piaggio codes are 605917M012, 605917M022, 605917M032, and 605917M042.
