Frequently asked questions
Dedicated navigator or smartphone, which is better?
Dedicated: always sun-readable display, waterproof, does not drain the phone, resistant to vibrations. Smartphone: always with you, always updated maps, free with Google Maps. For occasional use, the smartphone is enough; for weekly touring, the dedicated device pays off in terms of safety and durability.
Is the Beeline a real navigator?
Yes, but with a minimal approach: it only shows the direction (arrow) and the distance to the next turn, without a map. It receives data from a smartphone. It is designed for those looking for essentiality and aesthetic discretion, with simple installation and long-lasting battery. Not suitable if you prefer a scrolling map.
