NOS piece – new old stock, never mounted, sourced from historical Piaggio catalogs.

✓ Strengths

• Original Piaggio – official part number 8152005090, not a reproduction
• NOS, never mounted – new old stock, not a used part removed from a vehicle
• Already painted gloss black – ready to install as is, no need for a paint shop (as shown in product photos)
• Direct fit – holes and mountings match the original (mounting holes visible in product photos)
• Refreshes the front end – the handlebar cover is the most visible part and the first to get scratched

Perfect for

For those restoring an Hexagon and wanting to avoid finishing the project with a poorly painted part or one with filled cracks. On a thirty-year-old scooter, the handlebar cover is almost always sun-faded, scratched, or cracked at the mounts: a new original part improves the vehicle's appearance more than any other detail, as it is the first thing you look at.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it fit my Hexagon LX or LXT?
No. The Piaggio catalog lists this part number for the Hexagon GT 250 and Hexagon LX4. The LX, LXT, and GTX have a different part number: ask us and we will find it for you.

What does NOS mean?
New Old Stock: new spare part, produced at the time and remained unsold in the warehouse. It is not used and is not a reproduction: it is the original, never-mounted piece.

Do I need to paint it?
No, it comes already gloss black. If the rest of the vehicle is sun-faded, you might notice a slight difference in tone: this is normal for a thirty-year-old vehicle; it is the old part that has changed, not the new one.

Is the rear handlebar cover included?
No. The rear one – the one facing the rider – is a separate spare part with a different part number.

Are screws and clips included?
No, only the handlebar cover is provided. Screws and clips are reused: if they have crumbled over time, it is best to order them separately before dismantling.

Do you have others?
No: it is out of production and this is the only unit we have.
