- The top case and plate are sold separately.

No. For the Adventure, the KRA5112 is needed.
What's the difference with the KR5108?
The KRA5108B is made of black anodized aluminum and the plate must be purchased separately; the KR5108 is made of steel and comes with the Monokey plate included.
What does the final B mean?
It indicates the black finish of the anodization.
Can I mount a stop light on the top case?
No. Kappa does not provide a stop light kit or remote opening for this rack.
