The Kappa KR1161 rear rack is the specific support that allows you to mount a MONOKEY® or MONOLOCK® top case on the Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin Adventure Sports (2018-2019). It must be combined with the correct plate (Monokey KM5, KM7, KM8A, KM8B, KM9A or KM9B; Monolock KM5M or KM6M), sold separately. Original Kappa spare part (Givi S.p.A. group), equivalent to Givi SR1161.

I have the standard CRF1000L Africa Twin, will it fit?
This code is intended for the 2018-2019 Adventure Sports. For the CRF1000L Africa Twin 2016-2017, you need the KR1144: tell us the year and we will confirm.
Is the plate included?
No. It must be combined with a Monokey plate (KM5, KM7, KM8A, KM8B, KM9A, KM9B) or Monolock plate (KM5M, KM6M), to be purchased separately.
Why can't I mount the stop light kit with some plates?
KM8A, KM8B, KM9A, and KM9B are aluminum Trekker Racks: their structure does not allow the wiring of the light kit or the remote-controlled opening device to pass through.
Can I use a Givi top case?
Yes: Kappa and Givi share the Monokey and Monolock systems, so the plates and top cases of the two brands are interchangeable. The KR1161 corresponds to the Givi SR1161.
