The Arrow 71929PK exhaust is the approved Indy Race slip-on that the Arrow catalog dedicates to the Aprilia RS 660 (2020-2024) and Tuono 660 (2021-2024): titanium body, carbon fiber end cap, carbon mounting clamp, and dB-killer already included. It weighs 1.83 kg.
Must be mounted with Arrow headers. On the RS 660 and Tuono 660, the 71929PK does not work with the bike's original headers: the Arrow catalog links it obligatorily to the approved catalytic header kit 71755KZ or the racing kit 71755MI. This is the first thing to check before ordering.

The end cap alone is not enough: one of the two Arrow header kits is also needed. With the 71755KZ approved catalytic headers, the system remains road legal; with the 71755MI racing headers, it switches to a track configuration.

No. On the RS 660 and Tuono 660, the Arrow catalog links the end cap to the headers with a mandatory connection: you need either the 71755KZ kit (approved catalytic) or the 71755MI kit (racing). For other bikes, Arrow offers end caps for original headers, but this is not the case for this code.
Is it still road legal?
Yes, the 71929PK has ECE approval and comes with a dB-killer. For a complete road-legal system, it must be combined with the 71755KZ approved catalytic headers: these maintain the catalytic converter. With the 71755MI racing headers, the configuration becomes track-focused.
