Frequently asked questions

Does it have a visor?
No. The Twist 3 is an off-road helmet: instead of a visor, it features a removable peak and is used with cross goggles, which are not included and must be purchased separately. This is the typical configuration for motocross and enduro helmets, including those used in competitions.

What is its homologation?
The Twist 3 Color is ECE 22.06 homologated, as stated by Airoh in the model's technical sheet. The homologation mark and number can be found on the label sewn into the chin strap, which features the double D-ring closure system typical of off-road helmets.

How much does it weigh and what is it made of?
The shell is made of HRT thermoplastic and is produced in two external sizes: the first for XS, S, and M, the second for L, XL, and XXL. The weight declared by Airoh starts from 1,330 grams, with a tolerance of ±50 g. Ventilation has been optimized in the Airoh wind tunnel.

What size should I choose?
Measure your head circumference one centimeter above the eyebrows. In the Airoh Twist 3 guide, XS is 53-54 cm, S is 55-56, M is 57-58, L is 59-60, XL is 61-62, and XXL is 63 cm, a single measurement. All six sizes are available in this listing.

Can an intercom be installed?
Yes. The Twist 3 is prepared for Airoh AWC4 and AWC2 intercoms, which are sold separately and not included in the package. The inner lining is removable, washable, and hypoallergenic, and the Airoh AEFR system allows for quick removal of the cheek pads in case of emergency after a fall.

Can the peak be removed or changed?
Yes. The peak is removable and secured with screws; Airoh provides replacement peaks for the different graphics, a screw kit, and a peak extension in its catalog. The rear spoilers and chin guard vent covers are also available as original spare parts in multiple colors.

Who is it perfect for

The Twist 3 is designed for off-road riders, whether on the motocross track or enduro trails: shell size proportional to the helmet size, abundant ventilation for standing riding, a removable peak, and intercom readiness. The Gloss White Color graphic is glossy white.
