Shipping notice: truck drivers' strike in Italy
Updated 19/10/2026
Since 16 October, truck drivers protesting against high diesel prices have been blocking roads and ports in Southern Italy (Campania, Calabria, Sicily, Puglia, Basilicata), and the protest could spread to the rest of the country. The strike affects all our shipments, in Italy and abroad: Poste Italiane is currently not collecting parcels, while BRT and DHL are collecting as usual but deliveries may be delayed in some areas.
- Italy we ship with BRT and DHL · possible delivery delays
- European Union for now we ship with DHL only · possible delays
- Non-EU countries (customs) shipments temporarily suspended: they will leave as soon as Poste Italiane resumes collections
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

The Kappa ES5101K Side Stand Extension is a specific support that attaches to the original side stand of the BMW G650GS (2011-2013) to enlarge its support surface. The result is much more stable parking on soft surfaces — gravel, dirt, grass, sand, or asphalt softened by heat — where the original kickstand tends to sink. Original Kappa Moto accessory (GIVI group).
✓ Strengths
- Increases the contact surface of the original stand
- Stable parking on soft surfaces – gravel, dirt, grass, sand, hot asphalt
- Specific for BMW G650GS (2011-2013) – not universal
- Attaches to the stock stand – does not replace it
- Original Kappa Moto accessory (GIVI group)

Recommended products and accessories
- 5101ESKKITR screw kit – replacement hardware kit
- Engine guard – protection in case of a stationary fall
- Soft bags / side cases – with more load, a wider kickstand base is even more useful
Who it's perfect for
Designed for those who use the BMW G650GS off-road or often park it on uneven surfaces, and for those who travel with heavy loads: with luggage and bags, the weight on the stand increases significantly, and a wider support base reduces the risk of the motorcycle sinking and tipping over while parked.
