This is the kit that prepares a second helmet for your Cardo Packtalk Bold or Packtalk Black, in the version with good audio. The Packtalk 2nd Helmet Kit — Sound by JBL (code ACC00010) contains 40mm Sound by JBL speakers, two interchangeable wired microphones (boom and corded), the three audio profiles designed by JBL, and the mount with a clamp or adhesive plate. You install it once on the second helmet, and then you only move the unit.
⚠️ Three things to know before ordering:
🔴 1. It is for previous generation Packtalks. Cardo states that the product is not compatible with PACKTALK Slim or PACKTALK EDGE. It is for Packtalk, Packtalk BOLD, Packtalk BLACK, and SmartPack. If you have a Packtalk Edge or Pro, your code is ACC00011; if you have a Neo or Custom, it is ACC00016. Contact us for more information and we'll tell you which one is yours.
🔴 2. It is not for half helmets. Cardo indicates the kit as suitable for practically all helmets "except half helmets" (full-face, modular, and open-face are perfectly fine). For open-face and demi-jet helmets, there is a dedicated kit SPPT0011.
🔴 3. It does not contain the unit. The Packtalk unit remains a single unit and moves from one helmet to another: the two helmets are not used simultaneously.

Compatibility
It's a helmet and intercom accessory, not for the motorcycle: it's not tied to any specific motorcycle or scooter model. On the helmet, it works well with full-face, modular, and open-face helmets; the only limitation is the half helmet, for which there's the SPPT0011 kit. The real constraint is which Packtalk you own: see the table above. If in doubt, contact us for more information.
Who it's perfect for
It's for those who have a Packtalk Bold or Black — an intercom that's a few years old but still works great — and two helmets. Compared to the basic version SRAK0039, only one thing changes: here the speakers are Sound by JBL with three audio profiles. If you seriously listen to music on the second helmet, the difference is noticeable; if you only need it to talk, the basic version saves you money. Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for my Packtalk Edge or Neo?
No. Cardo expressly excludes Packtalk Slim and Edge, and Neo, Pro, and Custom are not listed. For Edge and Pro, the code is ACC00011, for Neo and Custom, ACC00016.
What's the difference from SRAK0039?
Only the speakers: here they are Sound by JBL with three audio profiles, there they are standard 40 mm. Mount, microphones, and compatibility are identical, and the list price goes from €94.95 to €134.95.
Which of the two microphones should I install?
The corded on full-face helmets, where the chin bar keeps the microphone close to your mouth. The boom on modular and open-face helmets. Both are included in the kit.
Can I use both helmets together?
