退款政策

Right of Return (14 Days)

In accordance with Italian and European consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return without having to provide any justification.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in the exact same condition in which you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and unmounted
  • Have all original tags and seals intact
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to ship the parcel. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, for which Moon Bike S.r.l. will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item or missing parts, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Helmets and personal protective equipment that have been used or had their original seals/tags removed
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Promotional items discounted by more than 50%
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the return procedure, wait for the return to be approved, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
