What material is the shell made of?
It is made of HPC Carbon, the high-performance composite fiber that Airoh uses on all Aviator 3 graphics except for the Carbon 3K. This is what allows the weight to be at 1,330 grams with four outer shell sizes, ensuring the fit remains precise for every size instead of being compensated only by the internal padding.

Does it include goggles?
No. It is a motocross helmet without a visor, designed to be used with off-road goggles or masks, which must be purchased separately. The wide front opening and the shaped channel at the back are specifically designed to hold the goggle strap securely during riding.

What do I find in the box besides the helmet?
Airoh supplies the Aviator 3 with an action cam mount, side bumpers, peak extension, summer and winter nose guard, set of screws and filters, top and front air intake covers, badge holder and key, and a helmet bag. It is a complete kit that does not require additional accessories.

What are AMS²Plus, AEFR, and AMLS?
These are the three Airoh technologies. AMS²Plus is the memory foam material that dissipates kinetic energy during impact. Only size S is available here, which corresponds to a head circumference of 55-56 centimeters (21 5/8 – 22 inches). Measure your circumference just above your eyebrows at the widest point; if you are between two sizes, choose the larger one: the internal lining will adapt with use.

How does it close?
With a double-ring retention system, the DD Ring, which is the system used in competitions. It does not loosen due to vibrations and allows for millimetric adjustment of the chin strap, unlike a micrometric ratchet closure that clicks in fixed increments and needs to be readjusted when you change your balaclava.
