Shipping notice: truck drivers' strike in Italy

Since 16 October, truck drivers protesting against high diesel prices have been blocking roads and ports in Southern Italy (Campania, Calabria, Sicily, Puglia, Basilicata), and the protest could spread to the rest of the country. The strike affects all our shipments, in Italy and abroad: Poste Italiane is currently not collecting parcels, while BRT and DHL are collecting as usual but deliveries may be delayed in some areas.

The Kappa KR6107 rear rack is the specific support that allows you to mount a MONOKEY® or MONOLOCK® top case on the Kymco Downtown ABS / TCS 125i and 350i (2015-2024). It must be combined with the Monokey plate KM5 or KM7, or the Monolock KM6M or the one already included with Monolock top cases. Original Kappa spare part (Givi S.p.A. group), equivalent to the Givi SR6107.

It depends on the top case: with a MONOLOCK® top case, the plate already included (or the KM6M) is used; with a MONOKEY® top case, the KM5 or KM7 plate is needed, to be purchased separately.
Is it suitable for the 2020 Downtown 350i?
Yes. The KR6107 covers the Kymco Downtown ABS/TCS, 125i and 350i, from 2015 to 2024.
Is it also suitable for the TCS version?
Yes. The Kappa catalog indicates both ABS and TCS versions in the same compatibility block.
Can I use the KM8A or KM9A plate?
No. For this fitting, the Kappa catalog only provides for Monokey KM5 and KM7, or Monolock KM6M.
Can I use a Givi top case?
Yes: Kappa and Givi share the Monokey and Monolock systems, so the plates and top cases of the two brands are interchangeable. The KR6107 corresponds to the Givi SR6107.
