The Kappa KD230S is the specific smoked windscreen for BMW F 650 (1994-1996). It measures 45.7 x 42.3 cm (H x W) and mounts in place of the original windscreen, using the standard fittings: no additional kit to purchase.
✓ Strengths
- Specific replacement part – designed for the front of the first F 650, it is not a universal adapter
- Direct mounting – replaces the standard windscreen, using the original fittings
- Smoked – dark tint that lightens the front of the motorcycle
- Methacrylate (PMMA) – resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents
- Raises airflow compared to the windscreen now dulled by age
- Original Kappa Moto (Givi S.p.A. group, Flero – BS)

Who it's perfect for
It's the right part for those who own a first series BMW F 650 and have an original windscreen that is yellowed, scratched, or cracked. A specific replacement part for a thirty-year-old motorcycle is not easy to find: this is a new and packaged original Kappa.

Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for my F 650 GS?
No. The KD230S is indicated by the Kappa price list for the BMW F 650 from 1994 to 1996, not for later F 650 GS models.
How big is it?
45.7 x 42.3 cm (height x width), made of smoked methacrylate.
Do I have to buy the fittings separately?
No. It mounts in place of the original windscreen using the existing fittings on the motorcycle.
Does the smoked tint reduce visibility?
No: you look over the windscreen, not through it. The dark tint is an aesthetic choice.
