Frequently Asked Questions
Does it have a visor?
No. The Wraaap is an off-road helmet: instead of a visor, it has a removable peak, fixed with screws, and is meant to be used with cross goggles, which are not included and must be purchased separately. Airoh keeps both the spare peak and the screw kit in its catalog.
What is its homologation?
The Wraaap Cyborg is ECE 22.06 homologated, as stated by Airoh in the model's technical sheet. The homologation mark and number can be found on the label sewn into the chin strap, which features the double D-ring system typical of off-road helmets.
How much does it weigh and what is it made of?
The shell is made of HRT thermoplastic and is produced in three external sizes: the first for XXS and XS, the second for S and M, the third for L, XL, and XXL. The weight declared by Airoh starts from 1,260 grams, with a tolerance of ±50 g.
What size should I choose?
Measure your head circumference one centimeter above the eyebrows. In the Airoh Wraaap guide, XXS is 51-52 cm, XS 53-54, S 55-56, M 57-58, L 59-60, XL 61-62, and XXL is 63 cm. This listing includes all seven sizes.
Is it suitable for a teenager?
Yes. Airoh presents the Wraaap as a helmet also suitable for young riders getting into motorcycling: the range starts from the XXS at 51-52 cm, and the smallest shell size is dedicated solely to XXS and XS, ensuring the helmet remains proportional to the head. It features ECE 22.06 homologation across all sizes.
Can an intercom be installed?
Airoh does not declare predisposition for communication systems on the Wraaap, so we do not list it. If an intercom is important to you, within the Airoh off-road range, the Twist 3 is declared to be compatible with AWC4 and AWC2, sold separately. The Wraaap's inner lining is removable, washable, and hypoallergenic.
Who is it perfect for?
The Wraaap is designed for those starting their off-road journey, even at a very young age, and for those looking for a lightweight cross helmet for track or enduro use: shell in three sizes proportional to the rider, ECE 22.06 homologation, and a removable peak. The Cyborg Matte Black/Gold graphic features a matte black finish with gold and grey details.
