Frequently asked questions
Which vehicles is the Kappa KD4132S designed for?
According to the Kappa 2026 catalogue, the KD4132S is designed for the Kawasaki Versys 650 (2022-2026). If you are not sure about the version of your vehicle, send us the chassis number and we will check it before shipping.
Are the mounting brackets included?
No additional brackets are required. Kappa states that the KD4132S is mounted in place of the original windscreen, using the vehicle's standard mounting points. Simply remove the factory windscreen and attach the Kappa windscreen to the same points.
How big is the KD4132S windscreen?
It measures 48 cm high and 41 cm wide, as stated by Kappa in its catalogue. The dimensions help you understand how much wind protection it offers compared to the standard windscreen.
Is the KD4132S clear or smoked?
The KD4132S is smoked, meaning it has a tinted screen that reduces glare and gives the front end a sportier look. For the same vehicle, Kappa also offers the KD4132ST, a clear windscreen. Kappa's official designation is "Specific smoked windscreen".
Is it an original Kappa product?
Yes. It is an original Kappa windscreen with the manufacturer's code KD4132S and EAN 8019606306715, new and in its original packaging. Kappa Moto is a brand of the GIVI S.p.A. group, which designs windscreens, screens and specific mounting brackets for individual motorcycle and scooter models; Kappa products are made in Italy.
Are there other Kappa windscreens for the same vehicle?
Yes. Among the Kappa windscreens and screens in the 2026 catalogue, for at least one of the same vehicles, there is also the KD4132ST (clear windscreen, 54.5 x 40 cm). The dimensions, finish or mounting brackets differ: compare the compatibility table in the two sheets before choosing.
